The 2026 Donut Judge Me 5K is rolling into Gilbert, Arizona on Saturday, March 21st, serving miles, smiles, and serious sprinkles.

We’re beyond excited to be serving up fresh, local BakeFace donuts from The Doughnut Peddler 🍩 You’ll be rewarded with deliciousness at Mile 1, Mile 2, and again at the finish line—because motivation should always be frosted.

Got kids who “don’t like running”? Tell them there are donuts involved. Problem solved.

We even offer special kid pricing—just $18 for ages 10 and under. Fair warning: they will beat you to the donuts.

RACE SCHEDULE (AKA: WHEN THE DONUT MAGIC HAPPENS)

Last day to transfer entries – Wednesday, March 18th

Early Packet Pickup – Friday, March 20th (Highly Recommended. Future-you agrees.)

Saturday – March 21st (IT’S GO TIME)

  • 6:30 – 7:30AM: Race Day Packet Pickup, on site at the race start area
  • 7:30AM: Packet Pickup is CLOSED, you must check in prior to 7:30AM to participate so please plan accordingly. If you’re late, the donuts still judge you.
  • 8:00AM: 5K Start (wave start)
  • Awards will begin immediately following the event. Overall awards will be presented when the top finishers are posted, Age Group awards will be presented and can be claimed at any time after winners are finalized.

This all new course is a beautiful loop on the canal, enjoy Doughnut Stops at approximately Mile 1 and Mile 2 with a water and Gatorade stop around the midpoint of the course.

A FEW QUICK FAQ’s (THE IMPORTANT STUFF)

  • Do I need to register?
    • Yes. EVERYONE must be registered — kids included.
    • Only exception: kids 3 and under riding in strollers and not participating. Tiny spectators are welcome.
  • Is there a kid discount?
    • You bet! We offer discounted pricing for kids 10 and under because small runners still deserve big donuts.
  • Are strollers allowed?
    • Yes to strollers
    • No to other wheels — wagons, bikes, scooters, hovercrafts, etc.
  • Can I bring my pet?
    • As much as we love furry friends, pets are not allowed for the safety and comfort of all racers.Donuts + dogs = chaos. We’re avoiding that.
  • Will this race sell out?
    • Absolutely. This event WILL SELL OUT.
    • Please make sure your entire family or group registers together so no one gets left behind watching donut stories on Instagram
